VHAN Kicks Off Quarterly Forums for HR Leaders

Last month VHAN began bringing together HR leaders across the network as we pursue shared goals for supporting employee health, well-being and engagement—all in a virtual environment. The quarterly forums are a safe and friendly space for HR professionals to discuss best practices and share solutions with their peers. Forums address topics such as staff well-being, preventive health, recruitment and retention, behavioral health, and utilization and access.

VHAN kicked off the first HR Leader Forum last month with David Hines, Executive Director of Employee Benefits at Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS). Hines shared how a dedicated focus on health and wellness—including using VHAN pharmacy solutions—has made a significant impact on staff well-being, retention and recruitment efforts at MNPS.
