MSSP Resources to Optimize Staff and Quality Measure Performance
As we enter the last few months of 2021, VHAN’s goal is to support practices in meeting important MSSP quality and cost performance measures. A new checklist helps your team identify important information for web-interface quality measures, including:
- Actions needed, categorized by care team member and provider, to help optimize available staff and physician time

- EHR documentation requirements
Additionally, you can access the EHR-based quality measures quick reference guide, which provides the following information for each EHR-based measure:
- Measure description
- Populations
- Numerators/Denominators
- Exclusions/Exceptions
- Documentation requirements
