Phase 1

Formation: We help organizations and developing networks develop strategy, vision, and critical first steps toward achieving clinical integration including readiness assessments, strategic analysis, and benefit plan design. This includes a readiness assessment and maturity framework analyzing nine strategic building blocks for developing an integrated network.

Phase 2

Development: We provide support and economies of scale to develop clinical integration capabilities such as provider recruitment, clinical program development, and sales strategies. During this phase we help clients develop core capabilities needed to operate a clinically integrated network and assist them with long-term strategic planning as well as clinician network and clinical program development.

Phase 3

Operations: We operate clinically integrated networks to provide high-quality, cost effective-care through shared services structures, payor contracting, and quality initiatives. In these models networks can benefit from the infrastructure, resources and experiences we have developed through the Vanderbilt Health Affiliated Network to reduce the cost and time required to develop their own network capabilities.
